Connecting rooms

Connecting rooms

Brecht’s apartment only has a few plane walls. Doors, windows or fireplaces are interrupting most of the walls.

That’s why he started thinking of a way to connect the rooms somehow. His solution? Using colours in an architectural way to create a continuity from one room to another.

As seen in the photo:
Table: vintage, painted in Steel Grey by Emente
Chairs: vintage Eames
Black chair: Leggera from Gio Ponti
Porcelain lamp: Dick van Hoff
Etchings: Grieshaber
Tiles: vintage
Paint: Old Rose on the walls and Pink Aurora in the cabinets, both by Emente
Porcelain: vintage
