If there’s one room in the house that gives away the history of the house, it’s the kitchen.

Partly renovated by her husband and her father, the kitchen has an authentic yet modern feel. The kitchen cabinets are original pieces dating back to the 18th century. “While the house renovations were in full swing, we camped upstairs. It felt so refreshing to finally start cooking here!” Although Isabelle loves her kitchen, she sometimes misses a modern kitchen. “Because of the storage space, which is here less available.”
