Transformations

“I’m a sucker for transformations”, Marieke tells us. “Even with limited resources, it’s possible to transform a dark and moldy space into something beautiful.”

Naturally that’s exactly what happened to the floor which houses their bed- and bathroom. When the couple purchased the home in 2012, this was the least attractive space as it was dark and inaccessible. However, after a serious renovation, Marieke refers to it as her favourite area.
